Andy Song

General Counsel and VP of Corporate Development. He leads the company’s strategic partnerships, licensing, and legal affairs, including privacy, security, compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property, and contracting.

Before joining Manifold, Andy was Senior Counsel at Apple, where he advised on intellectual property, acquisitions, licensing, and other complex commercial transactions. He began his career as a lawyer at Munger, Tolles & Olson after clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

“When I learned about the amazing AI products that Manifold had developed,” he says, “I was so impressed that I decided to leave Apple to join this incredibly talented team. I’m excited to expand Manifold’s partnerships with other leading companies to bring cutting-edge AI from design to production.”

When he's not working, Andy can be found hiking, playing board games with his kids, and trying out new places to eat.

Andy earned his BA in economics from Yale University, and his JD from Harvard Law School.
