MANINI’S is a world-class food company, and committed to a mission to bring healthy and great tasting gluten free foods to consumers, chefs and food service providers who covet the highest quality nutritious foods. New owners have taken what the founding families started, infusing uncompromising values, new energy, expertise, financial and human resources, and perhaps most important, the ongoing commitment to high quality ingredients and impeccable processes.
At the heart of our commitment to quality is our dedication to making all of our fresh pastas, breads & bakery products, flours and baking mixes from naturally gluten free Ancient Grains. Our Ancient Grains include Amaranth, Teff, Sorghum, and Millet, plants that are essentially unchanged from hundreds of years ago. The result is a nutritious, fiber-rich, great-textured food that is delicious and superior in taste, texture and nutrition to the vast majority of typical rice and corn based gluten free foods.
Manini’s gluten free Ancient Grain products are developed and produced manufactured in a dedicated facility free of gluten, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. Batches are constantly tested for gluten to less than 10 ppm and are certified gluten free by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), and all ingredients used are non-GMO. All of our products are also approved by the Whole Grain Council and our fresh pastas are certified Kosher.
We invite you to enjoy all of our outstanding foods for a happy and healthy lifestyle, and please let us know how we can serve you better.

Manini's gluten free products are available in grocery and natural food stores throughout the United States and Canada, including Whole Foods, Gelson's, New Seasons, PCC and Metropolitan Markets. Certain products are also available on Amazon.com and through Amazon Fresh.
