Ada Uddoh

Ada Uddoh is the Executive Director of Language at the Manitoba Indigenous Reconciliation Secretariat, where they support First Nations in Manitoba with child welfare reform and community-level policy development. Previously, Ada served as a Child & Family Services Policy Analyst at the Southern Chiefs' Organization and has held various roles, including Resource Coordinator at Kinosao Sipi Minisowin Agency and Capacity Development Specialist at the First Nations of Northern Manitoba CFS Authority. They possess extensive experience in report writing, funding proposals, and strategic governance within Indigenous child welfare. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Manitoba, Ada continues to shape critical policies and build community capacity in their field.
