Ann Ulusoy

Ann Ulusoy, FCPA, FCMA, is currently the Deputy Minister and Secretary to the Treasury Board at the Government of Manitoba, where they lead fiscal accountability and management initiatives. Previously, Ulusoy served as Provincial Comptroller and held the director position for Management Services at the City of Toronto. They have also contributed as Chair for both the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre and the Master Card Centre for Hockey Excellence. Ann has a strong educational background in Public Administration and Commerce, with ongoing studies at institutions such as Western University and Boğaziçi University.
