Devin Morrow

Devin Morrow is currently a Policy Manager for the Premier’s Policy Secretariat in Manitoba, focusing on public safety and workforce development. They have held various roles in human rights and conflict resolution, including serving as Head of Regional Operations at Conflict Armament Research and as an advocacy intern with the Cambodian League for the Promotion and Defense of Human Rights. Devin earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Politics from The University of Winnipeg, followed by a Master of Arts in Political Science from York University. Their earlier experience includes editorial work with The Uniter and involvement in international human rights monitoring initiatives.
