Eric Soderstrom is a Transformational Leadership Coach at Aspire Academy Leadership Coaching since January 2020, with a significant background in leadership mentoring at the ManKind Project since 2009, where Eric has facilitated workshops for diverse groups, accumulating over 600 coaching hours. Prior experience includes roles at AT&T from 1996 to 2016, including Change Management and CTI Vendor Management, as well as Specialist-IT Telephony Infrastructure Engineer, where responsibilities included developing software features and managing documentation approvals. Eric holds a J.D. from John F. Kennedy University and a B.A. in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara.
