This is what Jay Emery of Bushman Wood Fired Ovens has to say about Manna from Devon -

"I met Holly &d David at a food festival way back in 2009; well what can I say - we had a connection

I had already been making ovens in the UK for over 10 yrs but finally a couple of people who were just as passionate about the joys of wood fired ovens as I was. What's more they had a cooking school – Manna from Devon.

What better way for people to experience the joys of what one of my ovens could do than in the hands of people as passionate as I was?

The wood fired oven kitchen at Manna from Devon was created complete with 2 of my wood fired ovens - a small family oven and a medium party size oven.

If you have not yet attended one of the wood fired oven cooking courses at Manna from Devon, you are missing out; you may end up thinking that a wood fired oven is just for pizza. That would be a huge mistake!

Holly and David are without a doubt the masters of wood fired cooking in the UK. Their first book is a must for any one starting out. I have no doubt that future books will be just as fantastic.
