Ryan Klas

Ryan Klas serves as the Vice President of Investments at Manna Tree, a private equity firm focused on enhancing human health through nutrition, since July 2023. In addition to this role, Ryan is a board member for Health-Ade and Urban Remedy Inc., with prior board experience at Rhythm Superfoods and GoodBelly by NextFoods. From December 2018 to July 2023, Ryan held various positions at General Mills, culminating in the role of Principal of Investments for 301 INC, the company’s venture capital arm. Ryan's experience includes leading investments, managing significant retirement assets, and supporting alternative investment portfolios. An MBA graduate from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in Finance and Management from Iowa State University, Ryan’s early career included roles at Ameriprise Financial and John Deere Financial.
