Damilola Ogunleye is an outcome-driven product manager currently serving as a Global Leadership Team & Country Manager in Kenya at Fleevigo, where they lead high-performing operations and drive rapid market execution. With four years of experience in transforming customer needs into actionable user stories, Damilola previously held roles as a Senior Product Manager at OPay and Product Operations Manager at Viajio, successfully increasing operational efficiency and customer acquisition. Before that, they worked with various engineering teams at SUZHOU DECH AUTOMATION and BMW Brilliance Automotive, applying their technical skills in automation and mechanical systems.
