Patrick Etchie, AICP, is an experienced planning professional with over 30 years of expertise in transportation master plans, comprehensive development, grant strategy, and NEPA documentation. As the Director of the NW Ohio Section of the American Planning Association of Ohio since 2003 and a current Board Member with involvement in the Membership and Newsletter Editorial Committees, Patrick has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth and community planning. At The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc., Patrick holds the position of Sr. Project Manager, where responsibilities include conducting traffic safety studies and assisting local governments with grant applications.
