Todd Brown

Todd Brown is a seasoned engineering and municipal services professional currently serving as Vice Chair at the Greater Lenawee Chamber of Commerce since January 2024. With extensive experience, Todd has been a Senior Associate and Municipal Market Lead at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. since July 2018, focusing on design and construction services for water, sewer, and roadway projects, as well as grant pursuits and asset management. Previous roles include Director of Parks & Engineering Services and Project Manager at the City of Adrian, MI, along with engineering positions at Laberge Group and Jones & Henry Engineers. Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Administration from Siena Heights University and an Associate of Science in Applied Mathematics from Washtenaw Community College.
