Frank Pilon

Frank Pilon is an experienced sales and leadership professional with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director at MannKind Corporation since October 2025, Frank previously held various leadership roles at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, including Director of Urology/Oncology National Accounts and Director of US Training, among others. Frank's earlier experience at Sanofi involved managing sales across multiple territories and promoting key products to diverse medical professionals. Additionally, Frank worked at Forest Pharmaceuticals as Sr. Manager of Leadership Development, where responsibilities included building and leading a team and developing training curricula. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from SUNY Oneonta, earned in 1991.
