Sharon Mox

Sharon Mox has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1996, they worked at Adhesives Research, Inc. as the Manager of Actives Operations & Six Sigma Programs. Here, they were responsible for coordinating manufacturing activities related to dissolvable film technologies for actives and consumer food products. Sharon also integrated Six Sigma methodologies throughout the organization.

In 2004, they moved to MannKind Corporation and took on the role of Associate Director Quality Engineering. In this position, they managed a skilled and diverse team that supported risk management, data management, project management, and technical problem-solving in Pharmaceutical Technology Development. Sharon also played a role in strategic planning to meet regulatory requirements and compliance.

In 2010, they advanced to the role of Director Quality Engineering at MannKind Corporation. In this capacity, they led and managed a skilled and diverse organization that supported risk management, data analysis, quality by design, and technical problem-solving. Sharon had direct oversight of new product and technology development and provided leadership in commercial expansion, quality initiatives, and compliance improvements.
