Paul Monaghan

Paul Monaghan currently serves as the Group Head of Sustainability at Mannok, overseeing sustainability initiatives across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland since February 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held positions as Sustainability Manager and as Environment, Health & Safety Manager at Valeo, where responsibilities included coordinating Covid-19 safety protocols and supporting health and safety compliance. With a solid culinary background, Paul has also worked as Head Chef & Manager at Osta Cafe and Wine Bar, and Chef Patron at FEED Cafe and Restaurant, among other culinary roles. Paul's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Protection and multiple certifications in health and safety from institutions such as Atlantic Technological University and the University of Cambridge.
