We are like minded investors interested in companies with recognized value creation. Family Office and UHNW investors are increasingly interested in investing alongside us directly in specific fast growing, late-stage private companies, outside of diversified private equity funds. Meanwhile late-stage private companies are looking to add long-term, high value investor relationships with Family Offices and other UHNW investors.

Mannsion Group’s expertise is built on the experience of both working with companies directly on their capital structure and establishing private markets access businesses in three different top tier firms over the last 15 years - giving us unparalleled knowledge of how to work with Family Offices and UHNW clients.

Based on this experience, Mannsion Group has differentiated access to growth and late-stage private companies through a network of relationships with company founders, C-suite executives and cap table institutional investors.
