Florian Convers

Florian Convers is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at ManoMano since September 2018, Florian oversees the development and architecture of core products while managing engineering teams. Prior to this role, Florian held multiple positions at Figaro Classifieds, including Head of Engineering, where key contributions involved promoting agile delivery and transitioning to cloud-based architectures. Florian's earlier experiences include various engineering management roles at Viadeo, where significant achievements include the launch of new products and the enhancement of user acquisition funnels. Florian holds a DESS degree in Bioinformatics from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
