Jordan Kelly

Jordan Kelly's work experience begins in 2016 as a Lean Six Sigma Summer Intern at AB Group Packaging, where they focused on studying manufacturing systems and implementing Lean Six Sigma. In 2017, they worked as a Junior Minimally-Invasive Biomedical Design Engineer at Creganna Medical, where they contributed to the development of medical devices from conceptual design to product launch. In 2018, they served as a Summer Bursary Research Student at the University of Limerick. They then joined LABELEDBY. in 2020 as a 3D-Printed Textile Designer, conducting research on integrating electronics and mechanisms into 3D-printed textiles. Simultaneously, in 2020, they also worked at Kijenzi as an IPD Graduation Student, designing a low-cost 3D-printed hand exerciser. Most recently, Jordan is a Digital Production Team Lead at Manometric, where they oversee the design and modeling of upper-extremity braces and splints using 3D scanning and modeling techniques. They also develop new bracing solutions to address unique patient requirements and medical complaints.

Jordan Kelly completed their education in the following chronological order:

1. Leaving Certificate (2008-2014) - Jordan attended Christian Brothers College to obtain their Leaving Certificate.

2. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Product Design and Technology (2014-2018) - Jordan pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Limerick, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design and Technology.

3. MSc Integrated Product Design (2018-2021) - Jordan enrolled at Delft University of Technology to pursue a Master of Science degree in Integrated Product Design.

In addition to their formal education, Jordan has also obtained several certifications:

- Digital Marketing (November 2022) - Jordan completed a course in Digital Marketing at Growth Tribe.

- B1 - B1+ Dutch speaking and writing competency (March 2021) - Jordan completed Dutch language courses at TaalBoost to achieve B1-B1+ proficiency.

- Employee Engagement (August 2016) - Jordan obtained a certification in Employee Engagement from BPI Consultancy.

- Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt (August 2016) - Jordan completed a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt certification course provided by THE KNOWLEDGE ACADEMY (UK) LIMITED.

- Written & Verbal Communication skills (August 2016) - Jordan obtained a certification in Written & Verbal Communication skills from BPI Consultancy.
