Becky Frankiewicz

Becky Frankiewicz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and President for North America at ManpowerGroup since July 2017, Becky oversees global commercial functions and operational activities for the North American business. Prior to this, Becky held various key positions at PepsiCo from 2006 to 2017, including General Manager for Quaker Foods North America and SVP/GM for Global Costco, managing substantial portfolios and business operations across multiple categories. Becky also contributed to organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, Arthur Andersen, and Procter & Gamble in managerial and executive roles. Becky holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin, supplemented by executive education programs at Stanford University, Harvard Business School, and IMD.
