Kari Atkinson

Kari Atkinson, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at ManpowerGroup since May 2017. In this role, Kari leads the HR Business Partner Team, HR Tech & Analytics, and the People & Culture Resource Center, driving talent strategy and delivering business outcomes. Previous roles at ManpowerGroup include leadership in Total Rewards, Employee Rewards & Experience, and a focus on employee relations and communications. Prior experience includes significant positions at Harley-Davidson Motor Company and Johnson Controls, where Kari honed skills in strategic communications, change management, and employee engagement. Kari holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communications from Marquette University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
