Extensive background in business development and procurement spans various industries including Defence, Aerospace, and Pharmaceutical, with significant roles at Leonardo, BAE Systems, and Bechtel. Oz holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and has a strong foundation in business and finance from Oaklands College.
