Tanner Ainge

Tanner Ainge is an experienced entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Banner Capital Management, LLC, a private equity firm focused on providing partnership capital to family-owned and founder-led businesses. Ainge holds multiple board positions, including Investor and Board Member roles at Pattern, Zerorez, MANSCAPED, and PREMIER PLASTICS. Ainge's background includes significant experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions at Simplus, leading to a notable $250 million acquisition by Infosys. Previous roles include General Counsel and VP of Acquisitions at CareTrust REIT and practicing attorney focused on M&A at Kirkland & Ellis. Ainge holds a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a FALCON in Chinese from Cornell University, and a B.A. in International Studies from Brigham Young University. Additionally, Ainge served as a Captain in the Utah Army National Guard and was a member of the Utah County Board of Commissioners.
