Orlando

Orlando is currently the D Transformação Digital at Manserv. Prior to this, they held the position of Innovation and IT Head at Unidas from June 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they provided support and executive consultancy to the company's CIO in the process of innovation and digital transformation, as well as fraud protection projects support. Orlando also restructured and formed the IT team. Additionally, they were responsible for searching and forming strategic partnerships with suppliers and startups, and implementing agile methodology.

Before their role at Unidas, Orlando was the Innovation, Systems, and Projects Director at Liq from January 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they reported to the CIO, mentored and idealized technology innovation, managed search and development teams, and was in charge of IT strategic planning. Orlando also created supplier strategic alliances, analyzed and returned on RFPs with competitive prices.

Orlando began their career at Atento in November 2009 as an IT Superintendent. Orlando was promoted to IT Manager in February 2007 and then to Consultor de TI in September 2005.

Orlando has a MBA in Project Management from FIAP - Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista, a degree in Information Systems from Fundação Santo André, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a focus on Systems Analysis from Fundação Santo André. Orlando also has certification from www.scrum.as in International Kanban Master Foundation, SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in Scrum Fundamentals Certified, CertiProf in Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate, CertiProf in DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate (DEPC), Kanban Institute in Kanban Foundation (KIKF), and PMP.
