Mantavia is a European dual-use maritime technology company developing unmanned ground-effect and autonomous surface systems for coastal security, infrastructure protection and maritime domain awareness.

Headquartered in Sweden, with an industrial footprint under development in Italy, Mantavia designs, manufactures and deploys high-speed, low-cost platforms built for real operational tempo: distributed surveillance, rapid field testing, ISR missions, coastal monitoring and protection of critical maritime infrastructure.

The company’s product portfolio includes Barracuda, a compact ground-effect vehicle for fast maritime operations; Barracuda LE, an extended-range configuration for longer endurance missions; and Cormorano, a larger unmanned surface and ground-effect platform designed for scalable defence, security and dual-use applications.

Mantavia operates at the intersection of naval architecture, aerospace engineering, autonomy, sensor integration and defence innovation. Its core mission is to give European institutions, armed forces and industrial partners a new class of deployable maritime assets: faster than traditional boats, more cost-effective than airborne systems, and designed from the outset around compliance, modularity and operational integration.

Mantavia builds maritime sovereignty at speed.
