Ole Gade

Ole Gade has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Ole has served as a Bestyrelsesmedlem at Vestforsyning A/S since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as EVP/Salesdirector at Mantec from 2020. From 2017, they served as the CEO of EUROVICE Executive, where they advised small/medium-sized private companies on sales growth and worked as an industrial advisor to PE funds in the manufacturing, primary packaging, AGRO, energy, and general industry sectors. From 2014 to 2017, they held the position of Group CEO/Koncernchef at Kongskilde Industries A/S. Ole has also worked as an Executive Management Consultant at DLG in 2013. In 2011, they served as Geschäftsführer/Managing Director at Etimex Primary Packaging GmbH. Prior to that, they were a Partner/Director at Optimizer I/S from 2009 to 2011. Ole has also held leadership positions at Nordvestjysk Lederforum, Minkpapir A/S, and CCL Label. At CCL Label, they were the Director and General Manager, overseeing P&L responsibility, managing manufacturing sites, and serving as the Global & Group Sales Coordinator for European Pharma customers.

Ole Gade attended Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in 2016. Ole pursued a program in Organizational Leadership, although the specific degree obtained is not mentioned.
