Danielle Colson

Danielle Colson has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Danielle is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Mantel since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from May 2021 to August 2022. Danielle also interned at Clean Energy Ventures in Spring 2021. In 2020, Danielle was a Commercialization Associate at Malta Inc and a Summer Associate at Hull Street Energy, LLC. Danielle'searlier experience includes various roles at NextEra Energy, Inc. such as Operations Manager, Maintenance Coach, Reliability Engineer, and Associate Engineer in PGD from 2015 to 2019. Danielle started their career as a Nuclear Programs Engineering Intern at NextEra Energy, Inc. in 2014 and as a Distribution Intern in 2013.

Danielle Colson pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Energy and the Environment, from Duke University between 2011 and 2015. Later, they enrolled in Harvard Business School from 2019 to 2021 to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
