David Lundgren has been working in the technology industry since 1985. David began their career at HP as a Mechanical Engineer (MTS), where they designed displays, desktop computers and airflow-controlled autoloading reel-to-reel data tape drives. David then moved to Pixar Animation Studios in 1986, where they managed product design and manufacture of the Pixar II Image Computer. In 1985, they joined Apple and managed iMac product design, as well as Portable Product Design, which included the G3 PowerBook, iBook and Titanium PowerBook programs. In 2001, they joined Global Locate Inc. as Director of Network Operations, where they ran engineering and operations of the Worldwide Reference Network (GPS sites), AGPS & SUPL Servers and LTO products. In 2007, they joined Broadcom Inc. as Director of Location Based Services and Senior Manager of Program Management. In 2014, they co-founded McCloud Partners, LLC and served as Director. In 2016, they joined Mantis Composites Inc. as VP of Business Development and Advisory Board Member. Lastly, in 2018, they co-founded Piper Learning, Inc. and served as Co-CEO.
David Lundgren holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from the Stevens Institute of Technology, both in the field of Engineering.
