Michael Werner

Michael Werner is a seasoned professional in the fields of equities and research, currently serving as the Director at Mantis Partners since October 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Executive Director at Sheffield Haworth from August 2014 to October 2023, specializing in global markets, corporate affairs, macroeconomics, and strategy. Michael's earlier experience includes being a Partner at Rice Search Partners, focusing on European and GEM equities, and a Consultant at Rice & Dore, concentrating on European and Emerging Market Equities. Additionally, Michael contributed to academia as an Economics Lecturer at the University of Toronto in 2002. Michael holds an MSc in Development Economics from the University of Oxford and a BComm in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto, complemented by an exchange program at The University of Hong Kong.
