Carl Howarth

Carl Howarth currently serves as Principal Consultant & Director at SureScale Ltd and Chief Technology Officer at MANTIS Live, where innovative vehicle CCTV solutions are developed. Additional roles include Consultant Chief Technology Officer at Trak Global Security Solutions and CGX, both initiated in 2023. Previously, Carl was the fractional Chief Technology Officer at Flock, advancing digital insurance for commercial motor fleets, and held positions of Head of Technology at IMS and Deputy CTO at Intercept IP. Carl founded Control F1 Ltd, a software development company, and worked as Technical Director at Reef Software Ltd. Education includes a Strategic Leadership Programme at the University of York.
