Clare Cui

Clare Cui has a diverse range of work experience in the field of engineering. Clare is currently working at Mantle as a Sr. Control Systems Engineer since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ripcord as a Robotics Engineer from February 2021 to August 2022, and as a Systems Engineer from May 2018 to February 2021. Clare also gained experience as a Robotics Intern at HRL Laboratories, LLC from May 2017 to August 2017, where they developed a dataset generation tool for training an autonomous vehicle and researched open source planners for autonomous driving projects. Clare also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Ford Motor Company from May 2016 to August 2016, where they modified a modular front profile test apparatus and conducted lower leg impact testing. Additionally, Clare served as a Teaching Assistant at the College of Engineering at The Ohio State University from August 2013 to May 2015, and as a Co-op/Intern at Moog Inc. from May 2014 to August 2014, where they worked on machining and improving designs for an autonomous helicopter actuator platform. Overall, Clare has a strong background in engineering with experience in control systems, robotics, systems engineering, and mechanical engineering.

Clare Cui holds a Master's Degree in Robotic Systems Development, which was attained from Carnegie Mellon University in the years 2016 to 2017. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at The Ohio State University from 2012 to 2016.
