Mark Sloan

Mark Sloan has over 25 years of work experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Mark began their career in 1994 at Therma-Wave as a Manufacturing Engineer. In 1996, they moved to 3Com in the same role. Mark then went on to work at e*star (Earth Satellite Telecommunications Advanced Research), INC. as a Product Manager and Hardware Engineer from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they were a Hardware Design Engineer at Agilent Technologies. In 2001, Mark joined Big Bear Networks as a Manager of Mfg Engineering. In 2003, they moved to Pedestal Networks as Manager of Mfg Technology. From 2005 to 2011, Mark worked at Finesse Solutions, LLC in various roles, including VP of Operations, where they assembled an Operation’s team to produce optical based measurement/control products for the Life Science industry. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Technical Consultant at Ericsson. Finally, in 2021, Mark joined Mantle Inc. as Vice President of Manufacturing.

Mark Sloan attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering (BSIE). Mark then attended Santa Clara University from 1990 to 1991, studying Electrical Engineering.
