Mantra Exploration Inc. (the "Company" - seeking listing on CSE "MEI") is a Canadian mining company seek a listing on a Canadian stock exchange. The  Company is currently exploring its highly prospective "Jean Project"; a 100% owned Iron-Ore exploration property/project in the province of Ontario, Canada.

As such, the company to take advantage of the current market down-turn in the sector has undertaken to diversify its assets and seek out, review, and acquire advanced Copper & Gold assets in safe mining friendly jurisdictions, while continuing to advance its current project prudently.
