Jay P. is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in product design and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Team Lead for Product Design R&D at Mantra Softech, Jay established a new department focused on kiosk production, delivering seven kiosks within eight months while integrating advanced automation features. Previously, Jay worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at MP Consulting, overseeing multiple high-impact projects, and as a Senior Design Engineer at VVDN Technologies, where the design and production of satellite communication devices and high-performance conference speakers were key responsibilities. Jay also held positions as a Lead Design Engineer at Meditab Software India Pvt. Ltd. and as a Design Engineer at HiTech iSolutions LLP and Finecare Biosystem, contributing to medical device design and laboratory equipment development.
