Aaron Baideme

Aaron Baideme is a seasoned professional in Platform and Infrastructure Engineering, with a strong focus on security and a deep passion for Web3 technologies. They have held various leadership roles, including Head of Platform & Infrastructure at Hex Trust and currently at MANTRA, where they manage infrastructure initiatives and ensure security across innovative Web3 architectures. Aaron has previously served as a Technical Manager at Sapient, a Senior Project Manager at South China Morning Post, and has extensive experience in digital consulting through their own firm, Aaron Baideme LLC. They hold a Master's degree in Technology Leadership from HKUST and a Bachelor's degree from the City University of New York-Baruch College.
