Aileen Chen

Aileen Chen is an education facilitator with a background in teaching and program management. They served as a Teaching Fellow at Teach For India from 2013 to 2015 and later held positions at Mantra4Change, including School Transformation Lead and Program Director for the School Transformation and Empowerment Program (STEP). Aileen also worked as a Program Manager focusing on systemic transformation in education. They hold a B.Sc. in Economics from St. Xavier's College and an M.A. in Education from Azim Premji University, and are currently continuing education at Loreto House.
