Hands-on, premium hiring agency. We send five candidates worth your time, not fifty to sort through.

No profile reaches the client without a senior expert round at our end. Every candidate goes through an intro call — rapport, pitch, assessment — then that senior round, before anyone reaches you. Frontloading even one interview at our end improves the quality of the whole pipeline.

We check both sides. The skill — can they defend their work when you double-click. The person — attitude, communication. Most technical hires don't get rejected on depth of knowledge. They get rejected on the non-technical stuff. The bar is simple: would I hire this person if I was the hiring manager?

Why hiring needs this much effort now: volume has exploded with AI. It's getting harder to tell candidates apart. Faking it costs almost nothing. A resume compresses a person into one page — most of the person gets lost. JDs are bad too — AI created.

Better signal at the source, both sides, leads to better matching - better hiring, better retention, a person who can do the job.

Four hires closed since the first in May. Senior roles at startups - product, engineering, and beyond.
