Earim Chaudry has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Earim started their career as a General Practitioner at Bexley Medical Group from September 2011 to June 2012. Earim then worked as a GP Partner at Tonbridge Medical Group from June 2012 to December 2016, where they led various initiatives to improve access and streamline processes.

In 2013, they co-founded Aspire2Medicine, and from January 2013 to September 2014, they fulfilled the role of Co-Founder. Earim briefly worked as Digital Health at Superdrug Online/Zava/Dr ED from March 2014 to October 2014.

From February 2015 to October 2018, Earim Chaudry worked at Lloydspharmacy as a Digitalhealth Doctor, specializing in tele-health services and designing algorithms. Earim also wrote clinical guidelines and reviewed content work during their time there.

In 2017, they joined Ada Health as a Clinical Lead, contributing to the development of their medical artificial intelligence app and leading it to become the top-ranked medical app in over 130 countries. Earim stayed with Ada Health until December 2018.

Earim Chaudry then served as a Clinical Director at Half Penny Steps Health Centre & Walk-in Centre from October 2017 to the present, successfully securing multiple NHS contracts through competitive procurement processes.

In 2015, they also worked as a GP Appraiser & Trainer for the NHS, providing supervision and training to doctors. In 2022, they took on the role of NHS England Educational Supervisor and was selected for a groundbreaking programme designed to support doctors under special measures or restrictions.

Currently, Earim Chaudry holds the position of Chief Medical Officer at MANUAL, a men's digital health and wellness platform. Earim joined the company in October 2018 and has been instrumental in its growth, scaling it to over 150 employees in two countries (UK and Brazil) and raising approximately $40 million in funding from US and European investors to date.

Earim Chaudry began their education at Eltham College from 1993 to 2000. Earim then attended UCL from 2000 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in Medicine. In 2013, they returned to UCL and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. From 2008 to 2011, they studied at The Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) and gained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). Additionally, in 2009, they obtained a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG) from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. In 2010, they earned a Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFRSH) from UCL. Finally, in 2017 and 2018, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership and Multi-Professional Education for Healthcare from the University of Kent.
