Emna Kefi

Emna KEFI is an experienced professional with a specialization in CRM and operational management. Currently serving as Head of CRM at Manucurist since March 2024, Emna also holds a position as Initiatrice de démarche RSE at RSE APP since December 2020, focusing on corporate social responsibility for startups. Emna has an extensive teaching background at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis since September 2018 and has held various leadership roles, including Directrice des opérations at THE QUANTIC FACTORY and CEO of RSE APP. Previous experiences include senior positions at Impact Net - Emailing France, Think e-Business, Edatis, Royal Fret Somast, and the African Development Bank, showcasing a strong background in client management, strategic partnerships, and business development. Emna earned a Master's degree in Marketing from HEC Carthage.
