Manufacturing Africa (MA) is a programme funded by FCDO that transforms manufacturing and creates new sustainable jobs and growth in African countries. As of July 2025, we have already helped companies close £2 billion of FDI investments and create 100,000+ jobs supporting over 250 companies (exceeding our initial £1.2bn and 90,000 target).

We focus our support on manufacturing businesses operating in Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal and Tanzania, and have previously provided support to Uganda.
