Ruby Maxfield

Ruby Maxfield is currently the Net Zero and Social Value Lead at MTC - Manufacturing Technology Centre, where they focus on sustainability initiatives. Previously, Ruby served as a Carbon and Energy Analyst at Sainsbury's and as a Regional Environment Manager at Unipart Logistics, managing environmental compliance and developing sustainability strategies. Ruby has also worked as a Sustainability Business Advisor at HORIBA MIRA, contributing to carbon footprint assessments and reduction initiatives. Ruby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Business Management from the University of Warwick.
