Guy Harper

Guy Harper has a strong background in leadership and finance. Guy began their career as the Chief Operating Officer of Jessup Door Company at LDI, Ltd., where they oversaw multiple manufacturing facilities and significantly improved operating performance. Guy then became the Managing Director at HFSI, where they provided strategic advice and services to clients. Harper later served as the General Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Profiles NA, where they expanded sales and improved profitability through new product development and lean manufacturing practices. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Manufacturing Technology, Inc.

Guy Harper completed their Bachelor of Science in Business, with a major in Accounting and Finance, at Eastern Illinois University from 1975 to 1980. Guy then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management at Indiana University-Bloomington from 1989 to 2001.
