Christopher Cheung is currently the Asia Lead for Customer Acquisition and Growth Marketing at Manulife, focusing on health propositions and leveraging data for growth. Previously, they served as the Director of Customer Engagement for MetLife, where they led initiatives to transform post-sales engagement in China. Christopher also held several key roles at MetLife, including Director of Asia Marketing and Director of Asia Operations, driving customer loyalty and digitization strategies across multiple Asia markets. Prior to MetLife, they worked at IBM, overseeing sales operations and leading CRM adoption efforts. Christopher holds an M.B.A. from both HKUST and London Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University.
