Colin Simpson

Colin Simpson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Manulife since July 2023, Colin previously held the same position at John Hancock from November 2022 to July 2023. Prior to this, Colin was the interim Group CFO at Aviva and CFO at Aviva Canada for several years. With a strong background in investor relations at Aviva and significant experience as an equity analyst at Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns Investment Bank, Colin has proven expertise in financial management and analysis. Colin's career began in actuarial roles at Reinsurance Group of America and Gen Re after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Cape Town.
