Dinesh V Kumar

Dinesh V Kumar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at Manulife since May 2022, Dinesh oversees global operations and aligns HR initiatives with organizational goals to foster a positive work culture. Prior to this role, Dinesh held multiple positions at Tata Consultancy Services from June 2006 to May 2022, including Head of Business Partner HR and Director of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included developing HR talent strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and managing recruitment processes for the Latin American region. Dinesh holds a Post Graduation in Human Resource Management from St Joseph's Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College.
