Erika Bailey is a Customer Experience Leader with deep expertise in human-centered design, strategy, organizational design, and systems change. They recently served as the Interim Head of Human Centred Design at Manulife in 2023 and have held various roles, including AVP Customer Experience and Human Centred Design at Manulife from 2025 to 2023. Erika has extensive experience as a consultant and coach, having worked with organizations like Safer Healthcare Now!, Canadian Positive Deviance Project, and The Moment. Their educational background includes attendance at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2022.
