Graeme Capelle

Graeme Capelle is an experienced leader in strategy and organizational transformation with a diverse background spanning various sectors including finance, healthcare, and advisory services. Capelle served as Manager and Director at Capelle Associates from 2016 to December 2018, leading multiple enterprise-wide organization design and change management projects. Subsequent roles included Director of Strategy & Transformation and AVP of Strategy at Manulife, and positions at EY where Capelle enhanced Organization & Workforce Transformation offerings. Early career experiences included administrative and quality assurance roles at Woodstock General Hospital and St. Joseph's Health Centre.
