Igor Papaz

Igor Papaz is currently the Digitization Lead for Strategy & Design Solutions at Manulife, where they focus on enhancing digital processes. Previously, they held a series of roles at Manulife, including Digitization Lead and Process Designer, and served as Supervisor for Mutual Funds Customer Services. Igor also worked as an Assistance & Claims Coordinator at RBC Insurance from 2004 to 2007. They are pursuing a degree in Business Process Management at the University of Toronto and hold a diploma in Computer Programmer Analyst from George Brown College.
