Lesley Germann

Lesley Germann has extensive experience in the disability and wellness sectors, currently serving as the Director of Disability National Teams at Manulife since May 2011. In this role, Lesley focuses on strategic development and operational leadership for long-term disability claims, implementing best practices, and enhancing offshore business processes. Previous positions at Manulife include Disability Operations Manager and Senior Health and Wellness Consultant, where Lesley developed strategic wellness plans and managed various claims teams. With a career beginning in 2001, Lesley has held multiple roles, including Manager of Group Life and Disability Claims and Supervisor of Group Life and Disability Claims, where Lesley led teams to achieve service and quality goals. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Waterloo.
