Lorelle Emberley has over a decade of experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Global Talent Management at Manulife since August 2016, where responsibilities have included overseeing strategic initiatives and program leadership. Prior to joining Manulife, Lorelle worked at the Government of Ontario from June 2013 to August 2016 as an HR Program & Capacity Specialist and Program Analyst within the HR Service Delivery Division, and was selected for the Ontario Internship Program. Earlier experience includes a co-op position as an HR Co-op Student at Dundee Precious Metals Inc. Lorelle holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Western University.
