Mike Todic is currently the Lead Major Incident Manager at Manulife, where they also serve as the Duty Commander of Operations in Major Incident Management. With previous experience as a BlackBerry Network Operations Systems Administrator from 2010 to 2015, Mike also held the role of General Manager at Partytown.ca/CMG Entertainment from 2006 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as an IT Systems Administrator for Group Retirement Services at Sun Life Financial from 2000 to 2006. They are currently pursuing a degree in History at The University of Western Ontario.
