Ryan Sample serves as the AVP of Strategy & Business Optimization for Manulife, leading the development of multi-year strategies and overseeing project portfolios for the General Account Investment group. With a career spanning over a decade at Manulife, Ryan has held various leadership roles, including Head of Reporting & Service Management and AVP, Global Head of Service Management, where responsibilities included managing global teams, optimizing operational processes, and supporting significant business transformations. Prior to Manulife, Ryan was with John Hancock Financial Services, where roles involved leading sales operations and enhancing team performance. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Economics and Public Policy & Law from Trinity College-Hartford.
